History Of Networking And Difference Between Before And Now

Now a days computer is the most common requirement for every and each person, but can u imagine what will be happen with computer without internet. we will feel very bored on that, but if we have the internet we can spent long time with it either anybody with us or not.

In these days internet is the most common friend for all and so many work we are doing with the internet like job searching, entertainment, online news, movies, dramas even education also we are getting on internet like distance education and many more having in it.The internet makes our thoughts broad and huge destinations, Now life is moving very fast with internet and we can do too long jobs also in minutes.

These are the advantages of internet, but we know how it makes and who invent this important  invention.
The most important thing is for us to know about what is the thing which is working through the internet and how we are getting all this information on one table, because without this we cannot understand this topic
Now i am going to discuss about the history of networking.

Networking is a collection of computer and hardware components interconnected by communication channels that allow us to sharing or data and resources. Now a days in networking we are using very high level devices and gadgets for transfer our data fast and safe condition, we are using so many protocols for save our data. At the following steps we will discuss how the networking improve his self as well as our self also, number of people and organisation research this according to his use

In 1950 the Semi Automatic Ground Environment (SAGE) makes a large computer and associated networking equipment which equaled data from many radar sites and cleared it to produce a single unified image
After this in 1960, the american airline developed this network to booking flight tickets online, before of this this country was facing big problem of booking ticket with manually

In 1962 Joseph Carl Robnett Licklider developed a working group which called "intergalactic Computer Network " this network processed with ARPA net. Advanced Reasearch Projects Agency Network'
this was one of the first world packet switching netwoking. First time in this network implements the TCP/IP

In 1964 a college students John and Thomas submitted the grant for this a new time sharing system in Dartmouth, the same year at Massachusetts Institute of Technology's research group used a computer to route and manage telephone connections.

In 1860 Leonard Kleinrock, Paul Baran and Donald Davies independently developed a network system which is used to packets to transfer information between computer over one network to other.

In 1965 Thomas Marill and Lowrence Roberts created first WAN (Wide Area Network) network, this was harbinger to the ARPA net.
Again in 1965 a telecommunications system used in the Public Switched Telephone Network for a big organisation, this exchange consists with electronic components and older system of human operators which make interface between telephone subscriber lines of digital system to establis telephone calls between subscribers. This technology was totaly controlled by computer and this was introduced by Westorn Electric

In 1995, the transmission speed capacity for Ethernet was increased then before,  from 10 Mbit/s to 100 Mbit/s. By 1998, Ethernet supported transmission speeds of a Gigabit. The ability of Ethernet to scale easily is a contributing factor to its continued use today, in these days we are using very advance media like fiber optical which is much batter then ever
